Sea Freight
6–8 weeks, monthly departures on the 2nd Saturday of each month (cargo cutoff 5 days before departure). Most affordable for large or heavy shipments: furniture, vehicles, bulk cargo, business inventory. Customs and documentation support.
How to Send Your Packages
Mail small packages to us via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS. Address your package to Kagiko & Associates LLC C/O Your Name (Sea or Air) & Phone — contact us for the current drop-off address. For bulk cargo, use our loading dock with forklift access (by appointment). Shop tax-free using our Delaware address — no US state sales tax on your purchases.
A $5 handling fee applies per mailed package. No extra large boxes or pallets ($100 fee applies).

Where is the pickup point in Kenya?
Kamakis, Ruiru. Door-to-door delivery within Nairobi is available for $80.
How will I be notified?
We call the recipient when the shipment is ready for pickup or out for delivery.
Is insurance required?
Insurance is optional: 2% of declared value for general cargo, 5% for electronics, 10% for TVs.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when you hand us your goods at our US drop-off point, before shipping. No deposit and no payment at booking. Invoices are marked DUE ON DROP-OFF.
